A point of sale that shares one customer record

Ring up a sale in three taps — pick the package, pick the customer, take payment. The person at your counter is the same contact in your CRM, and the money shows up in the same Payments view as the rest of your business. Take it as it's built, or have it set up to how you run.

A counter sale in three taps

The sale flow is built for the front desk, not the back office: three big touch-first steps that anyone on your team can run without training — with the package details and price visible the whole way.

  • Step 1 — pick the package: search your catalog, with the per-class price shown on multi-class packages
  • Step 2 — pick the customer: find them by name in a keystroke, or add a new customer right at the counter
  • Step 3 — take payment and confirm — then straight into the next sale

One customer record with your CRM

There is no separate POS customer list. A customer added at the counter is created as a contact on the platform, so your CRM, class rosters, and sales history all describe the same person — and their remaining pass balance shows right in the sale flow.

  • Search existing customers by name or email
  • New counter customers become platform contacts — no re-entry, no syncing
  • Remaining passes visible while you sell

Sell packages, passes & memberships

Sell class packages with a price, class count, and validity period. What you sell at the counter is the entitlement one-tap check-in draws down — so the sale, the passes, and the attendance are always the same record.

  • Packages with price, class count, and duration
  • Per-class unit price computed on multi-class packages
  • Passes are consumed by one-tap check-in at the door

Every sale in one Payments view

Record how the customer paid — cash, Zelle, or card — and the sale lands in the shared Payments dashboard next to everything else the business takes in: revenue, transaction count, average sale, and refunds in one place.

  • Cash, Zelle, and card recorded per sale
  • Revenue, transaction count, and average sale at a glance
  • Refund status tracked on each payment

One module of a full business platform

The POS isn't a standalone till — it's one module on the same platform as your CRM, scheduling, inventory, and website. Selling products online? Your storefront sells from live inventory with Stripe checkout, against the same customer records.

  • Same customer across POS, CRM, class rosters, and storefront orders
  • Online storefront sells from live inventory with Stripe checkout
  • One dataset for reporting across sales, classes, and payments

Common questions

Does the POS update my inventory?

The counter POS today is built for selling packages, passes, and memberships, so a counter sale doesn't move product stock. Online orders through your storefront do sell from live inventory — prices and stock status come straight from the Inventory module.

Does the POS share customers with my CRM?

Yes — it's one record. A customer added at the counter is created as a contact on the platform, and their remaining pass balance is visible right in the sale flow.

What payment methods can I record?

Cash, Zelle, or card — you record how the customer paid and the sale posts to the shared Payments view. Online storefront checkout runs on Stripe.

How much does it cost?

Running the platform is a per-user subscription; setting it up to how you run is a separate, scoped one-time fee — or take it as it's built. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial. See the pricing page for details.
