How an engagement runs
- Scope. We start from your workflows — what the work physically looks like, who does it, where it breaks today — and map your organization: structure, roles, and the systems you already run. You get a concrete, fixed proposal.
- Onboard. Guided data collection captures your processes, records, and rules — the raw material the build works from.
- Build & configure. Modules are customized and integrated against your real cases, reviewed with you as they take shape.
- Deliver trained. Data in, team trained, workflows verified on the floor — typically one to two months for customized scopes.
- Stay supported. Priority support and continued optimization as your operation grows into more modules.
What engagements look like
Running the platform is a simple per-user subscription — $45 per user each month, dropping to $35 and $25 as your team grows. Your system is built for you as a scoped, one-time engagement: take it as it's built at no build cost, or have it built to your workflows — typical builds run from around $10,000 for a focused module to $50,000+ for a full production ERP, with your organization mapped inside the system. Every build is quoted after scoping.
